I am very happy with the cleaning of both carpets as I have cats who've left stains over the last 5 months, and prior to that a few marks left by the previous owners. However, I was informed the carpets would be dry when the work was completed - but with the heating on now I'm sure it'll only take a few hours for them to dry out.
