Plastering repairs, coving repair and minor refurbishment

Overall, a good job. The only dissatisfaction was that having given a quote that stated "There will be no extra added charges to this price", APS Plastering later said they would charge extra to remove the rubble from the house.

Response from APS Plastering:
My quote did say there would be no extra charges but I do not price in to remove waste, as I get charged to dispose of rubble, so I think its always best the owner tips it free of charge. I only suggested he should tip the waste. Although this job had 10 rubble bags, I took 5 away and I took all the broken bricks away. I did not say I would charge extra but suggested its free for the owner to dispose of. So in the end we split the waste without the customer having to pay any money for disposal. My aim is to always have the customers still in pocket and find the best solution for both.

Brilliant work would highly recommend. Polite, on time, excellent attention to detail and always clean and tidy - I would always use Adam to do my plastering.
