The Admin. Work leading up to the job being carried out was excellent, including a plan of the finished job and a diagram of the Shower and Doors including glass type etc. The allowance for tiles in the quotation was scaled back to the actual charge in the final bill. Excellent experience from start to finish. Good home visit to ascertain customer requirements resulting in a prompt design and favourable quotation. All Aqua fitters on site throughout period of build proved to be prompt, courteous and professional in all workings carried out. At all times if any issues arose either by customer or Aqua all parties kept informed either of changes/extra costings and agreed promptly. We invited aqua to come in a quote for the work after we had a previous bathroom installer start the work and make a complete mess. Our confidence was dented and we were nervous about using another bathroom company however our fears were quickly put to one side. The quotations were excellently done, we visited the office and choose the products and Lee the fitter was excellent asking questions and making suggestions all the way through. Quality exceeds our expectations would highly recommend this company.

Aqua undertook work on both our bathrooms simultaneously in the run up to Christmas 2010. We had a mixed experience of the company and this is outlined below. Aqua provided a comprehensive bathroom planning service, guiding us through our buying decisions. The actual price of the work completed came in at a little under the original quote. Unfortunately Aqua had to delay the installation date by 1 week, which meant that the project was not completed until after Christmas. The workmanship for our family bathroom was excellent and the fitter demonstrated great attention to detail and courtesy by keeping us up to date at each stage in the project. The finished article is finished to the highest standard and lives up to expectations!!! In contrast we had some initial difficulties with our fitter for our utility room, who did not spend the time and effort that we expected, based on the sum of money that we were paying and the quality of the workmanship being carried out in the family bathroom. In addition to this he did not tidy up after himself very well and left us without heating on one occasion. Despite initial problems Aqua did carry out remedial works to the utility room in order that it be finished to the high standard that we expected.

Aqua supplied and installed an Aqaulisa HiQu shower with enclosure, toilet and fitted furniture. This involve them having to knock down part of a wall to break through into the adjacent airing cupboard. They also re-sited the boiler and tiled the en-suite room. Aqua give us excellent pre-sales advice and guidance and we felt comfortable dealing with them. The installation started on time and was carried out to a very high standard. Their post-sales support is superb. We feel that Aqua are a first-class company who offer high-quality work at a fair price for that quality.
