They were very polite and very honest about what the problem was and what they were going to do which was very important to me. You hear a lot of bad stories regarding drainage companies, which is the one reason I went straight to Check-a Trade to find one that had been recommended by others when my mother had a problem with her drains. Through the site I found Aquajet. They arrived around 30 minutes after I called them and were immediately on to the job. It was a particularly difficult job, but they stuck at it and sorted the problem out within the hour, Very polite, very courteous and honest !. I would strongly recommend them if you want somebody who will get the job done and not take advantage of the situation.

Rang and spoke to the this Company and was given some very good advice. Some companies would have come out and charged the earth, but they said that from the sounds of it they wouldn't be able to help due to the length of pipes that would need to be cleared So would recommend them just for that.

When you get a back-up and the overflow starts going down the drive, then everything stops - you have to get it sorted and fast. It was a very cold Saturday and Alun was busy, but he was with us in the 2 hours he said he would. Amazed at the all types of equipment in his van and he soon put them to use as ours was not a straightforward job. After several different tries he came up with the answer - problem sorted. Alun from Aquajet turned up exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and approachable. After describing the symptoms of our problem he set to trying to eliminate the possible reasons for the problem. He worked incredibly hard and was with us for well over an hour. Unfortunately, the nature of the problem, as Alun discovered, was one that should have been sort by our plumber, who advised us we needed to get a drain specialist. As Alun was getting ready to leave he was obviously very disappointed that he was unable to solve the problem and would not except any payment for his time. We think Alun provided an amazing service and we would not heistate in recommending Aquajet to friends, family and colleagues. Excellent service!!!!
