Simon put in 2 new radiators and moved a gas pipe that ran the length of the lounge, it is now hidden under the upstairs floorboards. I often change my mind or think of extra things that need doing after we have arranged a time and date for Simon to visit and I leave notes for him but it doesn't faze him, thankfully, and he just gets on with all the little extras, often with no extra charge. Would recommend to all.

Have used Simon before so knew the work would be first rate. He supplied and fitted a new boiler for me, but the existing pipework wasn't up to the job so he came back and renewed it all the next day. Boiler works well and no leaks from anywhere. Can't wait for him to do my bathroom in the new year.

Extremely good work for an extremely good price. Simon also fixed a problem with the boiler I didn't know I had. I changed my mind half way through the job but this didn't faze him so he will be finishing the job later in the year for me. Very friendly and professional, happy to leave the key with him while I was at work. Would recommend to everyone.

Simon completely tranformed our tired old bathroom into a new luxury feature. He replaced the whole thing - from ceiling to floor (and under the floor) - with new shower tray, cabinet, power shower, pump, bath, basin, fitted units, tiled walls, tiled floor, underfloor heating, floor boards, and ceiling, All done in a very professional way, and with a pleasant and cheerful manner. He even got on well with our cat! We'll be asking him to come back and to the other bathroom later.

Beautiful dream bathroom! Simon was professional throughout. Completely trustworthy in every aspect (due to family crisis I couldn't be at home for most of the time but very happily left him with a key and he just got on with the job)(he even fed my cats for me!) My bathroom was not an easy job partly due to the fact that it's an old cottage which comes with plenty problems and partly due to the fact that I'm ultra fussy and a perfectionist! I had everything from my existing bathroom removed, replaced and upgraded from the floor right up to the ceiling. Simon never once said "I can't do that" nor did he persuade me away from any ideas that I had even though it would've been easier for him. Like all major improvements there were a few snags once it was finished but he came back quickly without question and resolved them. I am totally delighted with the standard of workmanship and finish. There should be a category for how much effort was put in because Simon put in 200% I would highly recommend Aquanaut.
