I was kept very much in the picture of how the work was proceeding, and always given time to make neceassary decisions. They thoroughly cleared up every evening before leaving and and were at all times courteous and pleasant to have around.The final bill was exactly as estimated, although I know Paul went over and above the call of duty. Paul did an absolutely excellent job, first class. When he came to quote for the work he explained what we would do, the type (make boiler) that he would install and why, plus the added option of a scale inhibitor and iron oxide filter. At the start he talked through the order in which he would replace the system and how long we would not have hot water, always making sure we had cold running water. Of which its timings were spot on. He would ask me my preference of locations of elements of the system as he changed them in order for me to be happy with them. He explained how he would fit the new gas supply to the boiler as this meant cutting holes through the existing kitchen units/cupboards, as well as asking if it was ok to drill throw the work surfaces before he did. If it wasn't for the fact that you can see a new boiler you wouldn't know he's been here he's that good at retro fitting new systems to old kitchens. I would say to other people looking for news systems that he should be there only choice. A very good price for the work and also use of very good parts, radiator valves, remote room states. All in all a top trades man!!!

Paul had previously refurbished our upstairs bathroom and because we were so delighted with the end result we had no hesitation in calling on his services again. This new job presented quite a few challenges in that we wanted a stud wall put in to marry up with a boxed- in section to even up the wall; a new ceiling put in; and also straightening up an existing wall which was very bowed. We also wanted all the sanitary ware re-sited. We knew that all this would cause extra work but even we were surprised at how much was involved and Paul puts just as much care and attention into the preparation work as he does the finished job. The amount of planning and thought that goes on beforehand is very evident in the end result. Paul kept us involved at every stage of the work and is a perfectionist in all that he does and we have ended up with a showroom-perfect shower room. We are more than happy with our dealings with Paul and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

After 2 full bathroom refits, Paul returned to refit my downstairs cloakroom with sink, vanity unit and toilet. Another high quality professional job by an excellent tradesman. Paul also removed an old water softener system and replaced it with a scale reducer. I note a previous comment that Paul is not the cheapest but like everything in life you get what you pay for. Paul is a great bloke and I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending him.
