Repair of laptop

Our laptop wouldn't load up at all. Andy took it away, assessed the damage and installed a new hard drive, calling to keep me updated along the way. I would recommend using Arenea Creations.

To remove virus, nasty spam and unfreeze laptop

Took laptop away for 24 hrs and resolved problem. Came at times arranged each day and gave brief but understandable explanation. Will recommend and use in the future.

Great guy to have around. Turns up on time. Detects problems efficiently and explains clearly what has gone wrong. Andy has helped us on many occasions. Wouldn't call anyone else and would recommend him to others.
