Bought a new laptop and desktop within 3 months and Andy has come to setup and modernise whole scheme most professionally and successfully. Originally I saw the advert for his company in the "tarring pages" that came through the door. I phoned and was quoted for setting up of wifi. From then Andy has always been my only choice of helper for all things technical. He advised my which brands of laptop NOT to buy and approved of my windows 7 new tower - I was running on XP / vista(lt) before so all things are faster and different to look at. Through my fault Andy had to return several times as I kept finding others things I wanted help with. It is now finished to my complete satisfaction and the invoice was a most pleasant surprise........ I wholeheartedly award 10s in every category to this company and to Andy in particular. Use them with confidence - you will not be disappointed.

Having purchased a new Asus laptop Andy came to my house and transferred data from my old tower to my Asus and while doing this he noted a fault, so he had to take the data back off and I had to send it back to manufactures and this happened twice. This was when Andy found the fault and gave me a letter to send with the laptop and a DVD to show the fault, the laptop came back ok but all the data had to go back on at my expense. Andy gave me a very good price for this and showed that he has more knowledge than some of these big company's , again THANKS Andy job well done.

After a botched recovery job done by a previous computer company, I contacted Andy to correct their unprofessional efforts. If only I had been to Checkatrade beforehand! - I learnt my lesson.
