Brilliant james was here straight away and it was sunday we discoverd leak in the morning and floor was soaking wet we had to turn off water at mains it was that bad job sorted quickly and james was fantastic thank you very much.

I was very impressed as I was really worried that this was put up correctly and right being a very expensive mirror.The bits that come with it was wrong and not strong enough to hold the weight so they went out and bought some stronger stuff to put it up.I am very happy with the end result and the mirror looks awesome Thanks boys good job.

ARC have previously completed building work for us earlier this year. When we experienced the mains water leak it was an emergency as the kitchen was flooding I called them to ask for help and they immediately contacted their plumber, James Fellows who was with us within half and hour. ARC builders gave advice over the phone how to stop the leak. ARC builders also contacted us afterwards to make sure everything was OK. They were extremely helpful.

Very quick and professional. We phoned ARC and James the plumber was round the same day, told us what the problem was and that the shower unit was broken as the electrics had gone. He went out straight away and bought a new shower unit and fitted it all in the space of 2 hours. Very impressed.

Drains and manhole where moved and relocated all done within one day. The foundations were dug out and laid within the week. The brickwork was of a very high standard and was completed to the roof within the time quoted. Both Andrew and Pete discussed everything as they went along and made suggestions especially sittings of windows and doors. They both worked extremely hard without any breaks during the day, they just needed watering!!!. ARC was chosen to complete the works on the basis that he had plenty of experience with dealing with Magnet Uniquely designed kitchens. Attention to detail was key in this project, and Andrew on first inspection of the kitchen and drawings, found a key flaw. Andrew also gave other sound advice to make the most of the room' s potential i.E lighting and ceiling options, heating options and flooring options. Andy was signed up to deal with just a simple kitchen refurbishment. When the work started, it became obvious that my floor was completely rotten. The cause not known. At all times Andy discussed the possible causes and solutions and it was clear that his technical knowledge was up to scratch. The job involved removing the rotten floor completely, digging down the existing floor levels and installing new air bricks to allow floor space to be ventilated. Installations of new joists and floor boards to my specification. Also installed eco drains to ensure damp issues do not recur. Updated electrics and board . Fixed flat roof. Refitted lead. New plumbing and radiator.

Andy did a fantastic job of matching our bricks and also colour-matching the cement for very visible areas at the front our house. Nothing was too much trouble. He filled a hole left by an old extractor fan at the side of our house and he has matched the brickwork so well that you can not tell that a repair had been made. We are delighted and would recommend Andy to everyone.

ARC have just completed a new extension for me to a very high standard. Andy project managed the works from start to finish - the job involved the removal of the existing kitchen and bathroom, demolition of an existing outhouse extension and digging out the groundworks by hand (access prevented machinery getting into the site) and building the shell (inc structural steels) before beginning on the internal works and external finish. Internally a new boiler was installed, a new bathroom and kitchen fitted and tiled, with new electrics, plumbing and carpentry. Externally the job included new French doors and large side screen windows, bricking up of an existing side door, installation of new windows, new roof, guttering and fascias. The team also re-pointed the existing brickwork and fixed the existing guttering and built new steps down to the patio and painted both internally and externally. The work was completed on time and on cost, and to a very high standard, and I'm very pleased with the results. I felt there was good communication from start to finish, the whole team have been very professional and pleasant and I would happily recommend them.

I am an interior designer and therefore a bit of a perfectionist! Andy and his team deserve their 100% track record. Andy went to great lengths to match our (very difficult!) bricks, ensuring that the new window and bricks look as if they have always been there. All tradesmen were professional and courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. The price was as quoted and competitive. I only found out the evening before the gas meter was moved that SGN's contractor would not reconnect it as the distance it was being moved was greater than two meters. Called Andy as soon as I found that out and he arranged for one of the team's plumbers to have it reconnected the next day, shortly after it was moved, so that the disruption to the heating system was minimal. Considering it was during the very cold weather at the beginning of the year very relieved and satisfied that it was done at such short notice.
