Hello and welcome to A.R.C Property Maintenance & Home Improvements. A.R.C have been trading under the name of A.R.C since 2005 but I, Alan Sheehan have been working in the building trade since 1987. In that time I have gone from landscape gardening to refurbs, bathrooms to Kitchens and have also covered insurance work since 2001. The list goes on, so if you can't see it on the list then please do call as I may cover the work you wish to be carried out. Also, if I don't cover the work then 99% of the time I can recommend alternative tradesmen I use all the time. As you can see from my feedback I always do my best to satisfy my customers 100% and always leave the property cleaned through out. I also cover an extensive area so if I am outside of your area then once again please call as we do travel. New bath taps installed

Taps replaced on bath by Alan originally had a fault and had to be returned to suppliers which he took care of. Alan then replaced taps quickly and at no extra charge. Can't rate him highly enough, brilliant.

Plumbing, tiling and general repairs

We have used ARC on a number of occasions and have always found the quality of work to be good, the speed of responsiveness - excellent, and the communications - outstanding. ARC has done plumbing, tiling and general repairs for us. We are very happy to continue to use ARC on our properties in Southampton. Thanks for the great service!

Guttering fitted to awkward roof

I have never before come across such a reliable, efficient, courteous, tidy, thorough tradesman as Alan Sheehan. I had given up on another man who had failed to get even an estimate in 3 months, so sent an enquiring email to Alan's Company. Within a few minutes I received a phone call (and on a Sunday as well!), then a day later received an estimate, and in less than a week the job was finished. You would not know that he had been to do the work as the area was left in such an immaculate condition. Thoroughly recommended.

Alan and his team fully fitted a bathroom including removing the old fittings etc, repairing ceiling, all electrics, plumbing tiling etc. It was a big job and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. His team are very polite and tidy. I would recommend Alan to anyone.

Kitchen refit and hall flooring

We have used Alan before for a new bathroom and had no hesitation in using him again. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Once we had decided to change our units Alan and Shane came up with some good ideas to redesign the layout and gain more unit space. The electrician, Stuart, that Alan used was also very good. We have already recommended ARC to our family and friends and would do so again
