I have never before come across such a reliable, efficient, courteous, tidy, thorough tradesman as Alan Sheehan. I had given up on another man who had failed to get even an estimate in 3 months, so sent an enquiring email to Alan's Company. Within a few minutes I received a phone call (and on a Sunday as well!), then a day later received an estimate, and in less than a week the job was finished. You would not know that he had been to do the work as the area was left in such an immaculate condition. Thoroughly recommended.

The fascia and gutters were to be replaced, on removal some timbers were found to be rotten and brickwork in very poor condition. Advice on remedial works was excellent and very good price given for undertaking these. Pictures of the damage and extent of problems provided as well as visual inspection made. Excellent help and advice very satisfied with the out come. Highly recommend.

We looked at a number of estimates from builders and Alan came top with a good price and friendly attitude. I cant stand builders who come in and start looking at the problems rather than the job, Alan didn't do this, he was honest and told us what to expect. A first class job completed in the time stated and we are more than happy with his work. Nothing was too much trouble and Alan and the team provided us with a bathroom that both us and ARC can be very proud of.

I booked Alan as a result of a recommendation from a family member. We arranged to meet beforehand to discuss the project and the time scale given before works began was accurate. Alan's experience was useful in decision making regarding ideas at the time and ongoing. Upon starting the bathroom Alan was friendly, courteous and polite. His work was to a high standard and he was neat and tidy throughout. We were kept informed throughout and regularly updated and asked if we were happy with progress. Any "Snag" list was quickly rectified. I got my guttering fixed for free as well :-) I am very happy with the finished product and the best compliment I can give is that I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
