Fitting Victorian Cast Iron Decorative Railing to Top of Existing Wall
Very well done job, neat and tidy, this was a tricky job to do as the railing was a salvaged piece and had to be fitted into an existing wall. Thanks Joe and John.

Fitting 3 new radiators, repair to door and building under stairs cupboard and shelving
Joe and John (one of his team) carried out all the work to a very high standard. They also took a very considerate approach as they had to work around family life!! and left our house clean and tidy at the end of the job. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe and have already ask him to do further work for us.

Joe Hayes is an outstanding builder. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use him again. It was obvious that all his workers and sub-contractors were well known to him as people he could trust his reputation to. They were all courteous, punctual, hard working and very good craftsmen and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. I was also very struck by Joe's completely honest approach to assessing what work needed to be done.

Leaking toilet.
Joe doesn't usually do callout but we had a leaking toilet and he came out on a Saturday and Sunday to fix it.  Trustworthy and reliable, would certainly use ARD to re-do my bathroom in the future.

Electrical work in kitchen.
I have never been so impressed with a builder. He was courteous, efficient, punctual and tidy. As well as being reasonably priced. He was also quite cute!!

Replacing boiler - upgrading central heating and hot water system.
All work completed in one day and new pipework done very neatly and hidden from view. They hoovered up as well! I would recommend them.

Decorating outside / inside house.

Fitted wardrobe and cupboard
Our request was tricky because of an awkward shaped alcove, however the work was carefully planned and carried out. The end result was excellent and better than we had expected (due to the shape). I would recommend them.
