I waited to review this work until there was enough rainfall to check the damp had been stopped. It has... We had problems with damp in the corners of two rooms. The tiles were checked and fixed, felt applied and now it's all dry. Good work. I like the fact that Sean was confident his work would stop the damp and put it down in writing!

I asked Sean to repair my chimney, he got on the roof, in my opinion saw there was northing wrong with the chimney so decided to repair the roof (not my responsibility in the lease) plus in my opinion nothing wrong with it plus then charged me without telling me I still had the same problem and he had a done a completely different job.
