Called company on Monday morning, locksmith arrived early afternoon, looked at problem, informed that the lock was a discontinued model but he would look online to see if he could find a replacement. Arrived back Tuesday noon with replacement which fitted and solved my problems. The locksmith is a gent of the old school able to solve problems.

Norman was excellent. He arrived on time, he was very courteous. The job was made more difficult due to the age of the door, and the parts had to be resourced from abroad. Excellent workmanship, Mr Fordham replaced the total locking system on my front door which I was told by the original supplier could not be done as they did not make this any more and that I would have to buy a new front door for about two or three times the cost of the replacement lock. Would highly recommend this company as they came out within 1 hour of calling them in the evening. They secured the door temporarily whilst the new parts were on order. Part delivered very quickly and the work completed within 3 days of our initial call. The lock itself broke 1 month later so we called this company back and they came out the next day (Sunday) to replace the faulty part and did this free of charge. Excellent, friendly service!!
