New handle on kitchen window.
Pleased that he suggested replacing the existing bathroom handle with a new one and moving the old handle to ensure a match with the other kitchen window without having to replace 2(my windows are 10 years old so a match wasn't possible).  Also agreed a small discount because of being able to do a similar job in another flat in the block. Came at the appointed time to assess the job and sensibly phoned ahead to ensure he could still come at 4.30 to fit ( we had agreed anytime after 2).  It's not always easy to get someone to take these small jobs seriously- very happy to recommend.

Fitting of 6 new sealed double glazing units, various sizes.
Very pleased with the work done, and have recommended this company to other people. The work was done over 2 visits, because one of my "blown" units had a leaded pattern on it. This was taken away and incorporated into a new unit. The only slight downside (which didn't cause me any real problems) was the fact they are so busy, sometimes you have to leave a message when you phone ... no problem, but I found I was having to phone again the next day to make sure they picked up the message, as no-one had got back to me.
