Extremely impressed by this company a friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Estimate given-repairer called at stated time-got straight on with the job and fixed the problem with two of our upstairs windows that had dropped down and were not closing properly (screws were missing when installed!!) 100% satisfaction very clean and tidy, charged the invoice price- we were given a copy by Graham when he called to quote for the work anyway--we are so pleased with the service we will recommend to everyone really impressed.

Courteous but left a lot of broken glass both inside and out. Dent in window ledge inside and black marks on outside walls from ladder. Asked them to return to clear up worst of glass outside, which they did three days later. However, did not clear it all and we had to do it ourselves.
