Garden work - patio, paths, raised beds.

Replastering basement and larder cupboard - Putting down Travertine floor tiles.

Fitted front door, fixed plastering & skirting, put in locks & letterbox.
Finally a tradesman who you can trust & a tradesman who goes the extra mile! My only regret is we did not hear of him earlier. I would recommend them.

Remove ceilings, install new raised ceilings, change use of shower room to toilet, reinstall new bathroom walls/bathroom, tile, install toilet/shower/sink. Install new combi boiler.
He never finished the job. Left us with a bathroom that we could not use that leaked in to the hall from under the new plasterboard walls. Bathroom has been ripped out and redone (expense £5K+). Sash window that was working is now not because he raised the window ledge height.

Ground work, footings, foundations, in prep for ground floor extension.
Although estimate for the job has gone over budget it was due to unforeseen circumstances and building inspectors requirements. I would recommend them.
