I very much recommend ASL. I phoned late on Easter Saturday and had a very polite, efficient and informative guy sort out the problem at 7-30am on Easter Sunday. I didn't pay a premium price because it was a Sunday and I paid a very reasonable price given the nature of the work involved. An excellent level of service.

The Engineer came out and left later having said to have done the job. The alarm went off later in the day and he came back. It was then said it wasn't' pump but an electrical fault with the relay. I was billed for what I know not (invoice unclear, despite a phone call!) 9 months ago I paid a lot of money for a new pump, this work I believed to have been under guarantee. The billing was very vague and I felt like I've being diddled out of a lot of money.

Work was excellent. Only quibble was not being kept up to date as the promised arrival time came and went. The visit still happened within 4 hours of placing call. As well as clearing blockage the engineer identified the cause and has promised a report to use for insurance discussions. Excellent service!

We were on site for an hour and a half removing floorboards to gain access to the drains. High pressure water jetting was carried out and advised her to contact the builder who installed the drains for plans as they are poorly installed.
