I got several quotes from different electricians before having any work done, whilst Assured Electrical were not the cheapest (average price); they felt not only the most trust worthy but also the most genuine. The work did over-run from Thursday and Friday onto the Saturday morning, and the workload did increase when part of the wall was knocked through into the kitchen (loose plaster where the wall had previously been repaired). However they not only cleared up the mess, they fixed the problem and charged the originally quoted price. Overall I would recommend them any day as I was impressed and would definitely use again in the future.

Having been let down by the installation team that delivered my new oven, I needed an electrician quickly. Dave responded to my enquiry and was able to attend the same day. He suggested a simple solution to the problem, completed the necessary work and installed the oven in little over an hour. He was friendly and efficient, checked that everything was working properly and took care to keep everything tidy. Next time I need an electrician I will know who to call first !

Work involved installing an external consumer unit in the summerhouse, pond electrics as well a segregated system in the garage. Besides this Dave was available on a very short notice when we had a problem with the fuse in our electrical shower. Quotes are clear and transparent in terms of labour and materials. What I most appreciated about Dave's style is that he communicates very well. I.E. If one agrees on Monday for an appointment on Saturday, he sends / calls /mails the day before with a quick reminder etc. All in all a very strong recommendation!

The quote was delivered with breakdown of costs and this made budgeting easier for us to ensure we could choose what works were undertaken as essential as opposed to that which was not. Dave came to site promptly every day and worked as a true professional. We are delighted with the quality of his works. Dave exhibits a perfectionist quality, is tidy/organised with tools and maintains a clean working area. He is also considerate to the flooring having even put a dust cloth which we provided under his step ladder to prevent any scratching.
