Cleaned lounge carpet, including tar stains

We had several tar stains as well as other clearly visible marks on the carpet. All has been cleaned off and looks great. Clive was extremely polite and described what the process before he started, including warning us of the loud noise from the machine (although not as loud as I'd thought it would be). Really pleased.

Removal of stain on hallway carpet.

The stain was only a small one but Clive proceeded to clean all of hallway for price quoted, job well done.
