Checked for damp and fitted air bricks

Mr Dunbavin is very competent and helpful. He gave a full e-mail report after his inspection, fitted 12 bouble air bricks around our house, cleared the cavities and removed all debris. And we would highly recommend him.

We thought we had a damp problem from musty smells. David expertise and meters put our minds at rest that it was merely a ventilation problem. He spent time inside and outside and gave us advise on how to proceed. This was followed by an e-mailed report. Courteous, proffesional, reliable and we would thoroughly recommend him.
