Carry out drainage survey to a church building.
Initial quote was to carry out a survey on church building. Then we were told that the survey could not be carried out as the drains were blocked and needed a jet wash. An additional amount was agreed for the jet wash. The employee came 30minutes late, had a quick look around and said that he would come another day instead. Finally the jet wash and survey were carried out but when we received the report only a limited jet wash had been done. More money has been requested to finish off the jet wash and complete survey.

Our client asked us to locate the internal drainage runs and mark them on a plan prior to internal building works. This required CCTVing and
tracking with a locating sond. On our first attempt no one was at the
property to give us access, as per our arranged appointment and the client could not be contacted via telephone. Eventually after several attempts over the next few days our client was contacted and gave authorisation to high-pressure jet and unblock the drainage. Our engineer returned but due to circumstances out of his control was 30 minutes late. The engineer did attempt to contact the client to let him know he was running late, but again he could not be contacted. The drainage was unblocked, CCTV'd and the runs tracked, all this information was marked on a plan for the client as requested. A by product of tracking and locating the drainage was that the drainage was visually inspected within and our findings were reported back to the client. Unfortunately for the client the drainage contained numerous areas of damage and defects, which require further work and it's seems this information was not appreciated by the client.
