The technician who arrived was very personable and professional - and proficient. Although he arrived late, he did phone up beforehand to let me know that he had been delayed - and he gave a full explanation to the reason for his delay once he had arrived. We had spent a lot of money over several years on pipe work and radiators but another heating company and several plumbers had failed to point out a simple problem with the system. Cliff identified this and has transformed the central heating - there are even complaints from the family that the house is too hot! I wish we had contacted Aura Gas 4 years ago.

Work started within two weeks of us accepting a very reasonable quotation, and finished in two days as promised, with the minimum of inconvenience. Helpful advice before and during the installation. New boiler neatly and expertly fitted. Old boiler, tanks, pipes etc all removed without mess, and taken away. New brickwork to close the hole of the old boiler flue, was carefully matched to the existing bricks. It was a pleasure to have Anthony working for us - friendly, considerate, and he inspired confidence!

The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and when I arrived home in the evening, if it wasn't for the fact that the new boiler was in place, I wouldn't have known that any work had been done everything was so clean and tidy. The engineer came back the next morning before I went to work to explain the controls to me.

On each occasion we were very impressed with the standard of workmanship and helpfulness. Top marks to Clive who repaired my oven yesterday, who explained the workings of the ignition system to me without patronising because I'm female! (believe me they do exist!) Well done Aura.

Aura gas did a great job and delivered on customer service too. I also noticed that an apprentice was being trained and the level of patience and quality of the training was exceptional. Absolutely brilliant. Gas fire had been over looked and Aura quickly arranged to come out and service this. As a result of talking to the engineer we discovered that they could fit a gas tumble drier, which we had been unable to find a company to turn up and undertake! This ork was undertaken superbly and with great communication. As a result we are about to move our gas service plan to Aura as we feel that we can rely on them and they have proved to be really trustworthy.

I asked Aura Gas to look at the boiler after another plumber said that I needed a new one. They repaired it with a new part for much less than I had been quoted to replace it. I have now joined their monthly insurance scheme and cannot see any reason why I would ever use another company!

Gary explained for future I can have a plan which covers me in case anything like this happens again, my water and heating will be fixed - it’s that simple. I noticed I had a leak at around 6pm. I called them and even though I am not a priority customer it was no trouble to the call out engineer. He came and repaired it within an hour and I have now taken a maintenance plan. Peace of mind for a very reasonable monthly fee. Thanks Aura Gas.

Brilliant job, power flushing has made my central heating work much better (cleared blocked pipes to 2 radiators that were cold) and quieter. The job took longer than expected (Anthony worked from 8am to gone 7pm) but there was no extra charge. What more can you ask?

Aura are on the approved list for Worcester boilers so asked Gary to call and quote he gave a date and time and then promptly forgot it!  He was most apologetic and got it right the second time, and I am glad he did not only did he give a fair quote (not the cheapest) but with his help I saved £300.His colleague Ant carried out most of the work and to a very high standard. Gary is not the most organized of people but Gary and Antony are very nice people to have working in your home. Ant is a very good time keeper. The boys did well would have again.

Gary and co, were recommended to me by a friend. They were here for a few days, they completed the work very efficiently and on time.  They were very tidy and polite. Gary's quote was about half that of others!  My whole house was dust sheeted, and they even re-laid my carpet and re-stretched it better then it was before. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody as I have done to my local women's institute. Although they drink tea like fish they don't actually stop all day!!!
