Paul Austin attended himself with his colleague (Clive - I recall). Excellent diagnostic work. Pointed new aerial at another transmitter thereby gaining a better signal. Excellent communication. Tidy cabling and very helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend as true specialist in his field. Reasonable charges for time spent and good quality of work. I had checked Paul's credentials on Checkatrade before contacting him and from my first telephone conversation with him to completion of the work, Paul was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and even phoned me on the day to say sorry that he was running a mere 5 minutes late! I had assumed that the fact that my TV was only picking up an analogue signal was due to my aerial not being "man-enough" for the job, however, the issue was promptly identified as the pre-amplifier being faulty. Paul had the part on his van and it was quickly fitted and the TV tuned to an excellent standard - and all within 1/2 an hour! Really chuffed and so is my son now that he can watch CBeebies! Highly recommend. Thanks Paul!
