Professional and efficient job done. We are really pleased with our smart new drive and planting bed. Work involved resurfacing an area of existing tarmac adjoining a newly prepared and surfaced area to replace our previously unusable beach-like shingle drive. They responded to our brief to complete work as cost effective as possible, using existing edging where possible and resurfacing the area of existing tarmac. Courteous and helpful staff who allowed for pushchair access while working.

Ken and his team were very professional and made sure that we understood what they planned to do and when it would be completed. They kept the site tidy, made sure we had good access to our property at all times and were considerate to our neighbours. They even got another job from one of neighbours whilst working on our drive because our neighbour had watched how they worked and liked what they saw.

Communication was quick and progressive through email and phone, being kept up-to-date with when the work would be started and finished. The company were very professional to deal with from the beginning. They came promptly to quote and arrived the day they said they would with all the necessary equipment and a team of men. They got a lot done within the first day and came back to complete the work the next morning so the job didn't go on and on like you hear about sometimes! There was a bit of excess tar left hear and there plus some oil stains just outside of our property so there could have been a more rigorous clean-up after the job. There were a few changes to be made and they came back to do these within a few days which I appreciated. Thought the work was good value for money. Ken was polite and courteous which goes a long way. Thank you Authorn. Would recommend.
