From the quotation stage right through to job completion Paul was extremely profeesional and a pleasure to deal with. His standard of work was exceptional and I would recommend Avalon roofing to anyone. My work consisted of a brand new roof on an extension that needed to be matched and integrated into the existing roof and a brand new single story section. Both sections were done superbly and the lead work was the best I have seen.

The workmanship has been to the very highest standard with every little detail carried through. The team asked me to verify that I was happy with every stage of the fit. Time was taken to investigate problems thoroughly with our roof, which other companies did not do. Faults were pointed out and additional work needed was included within the quoted price. The workers were very hard working, polite and friendly. The workmanship was of an excellent standard. We would not hesitate to use Avalon Roofing again and recommend them to others.

I would have no doubt what so ever in recommending Avalon Roofing. Paul came out and estimated for the work in a very promptly manor. The team turned up on the date to start the work as agreed. All the work was carried out to a high standard. The roof had a lot of unsightly moss on it, now it looks like a new roof! On the re-cementing work, Paul took the time to match the new cement in with the existing colour so it all blends in well. The team were very polite and helpful throughout the duration of the job.

Paul repaired our flashing, giving a very professional service and always keeping us informed (including before and after photos of the work). In addition when we called him in to look at a leaking sky light he advised us of the best way we could fix it ourselves quickly and cheaply at no charge.

We were delighted with the work that Paul carried out for us. He fixed the chimneys on our 80-year old house so that they looked as good as new and repaired several broken or loose tiles. The quality of his workmanship was excellent and so was the way he handled himself. He spent a lot of effort in getting us the correct tiles that matched the existing work and then found them at a good price. His standard of work is extremely high and was remarked upon by the other tradesmen. From people passing by and seeing what he was doing and the effort he put in. He obtained 3 other jobs in the same road.
