It is now law that if works to your roof whether refurbishment or replacement to 50% or more of the roof area building control must be informed, all works must conform to current building regulations.
We are members of the government backed Competent roofer scheme which allows us to self certify all our works without the need of a building inspector, after completion you will receive a completion certificate from Competent roofer and the L.A.B.C will be informed. This will save both time and money for both you and ourselves. All work will automatically be covered by an insurance backed guarantee from Competent roofer without you having to do anything.
