Boiler Service
We called Terry from Avon Gas to service our boiler, he also did a couple of other little jobs for us at no extra charge.  In this day and age this is certainly something to be commended, we shall certainly use Terry again and highly recommend him to our friends and family... First Class Service at a very reasonable price.

Repair to boiler
What a gem! Found Terry (Avon Gas) on Checkatrade Website. Explained that we were waiting for a new boiler via the Gov. Grant (I am very disabled and receive the highest rate of DLA) but Terry was more than willing to call in between jobs to see if he could help us. Not only did he call, but he fixed the problem too! We can only hope that we get the choice of repairer/installer when the technical assessor visits. Needless to say - it's Avon Gas! Thank you Terry and Dawn.

Repaired Boiler
Found Avon Gas on Checkatrade leaflet. Terry arrived on time to look at our boiler which had broken down. We explained that we were waiting for a new boiler via the Government Grant Scheme (I am severely disabled) and had hoped our present boiler would keep going until the new one was installed. Terry got the problem sorted in no time at all. He was very polite, friendly and certainly knew his trade. We would definitely call on him again. WHAT A GEM!

Powerflush and Boiler Diagnosis
I cannot praise Avon [Terry] enough for the way they have gone about fixing my central heating. Throughout the whole day I was made to feel like I was in the company of not only an expert but someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help me. I would have absolutely no worries in recommending Avon to anyone. A complete joy to deal with.

Replace thermostatic valves and pressure release valves
Excellent service with no fuss or mess and made sure that I understood the operation of all the new items. Double and triple checked for any hint of a leek. I would not hesitate to recommend Terry to any customer.

inspection of suspected heating fault
My central heating suddenly stopped working last night, for no obvious reason, but it looked like a pump failure. Got it going again late in the morning, but in the mean time I had phoned Terry to have a look, which he did. No fault found with the pump, or related bits of my heating system, no call out charge. Thankyou for coming out within a few hours of my phone call. If the pump does stop working, I will be in contact to have a replacement fitted.

He arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient and turned out on a Saturday morning near Christmas.  A good experience if a boiler break down can be called that.
