A-Z Building & Construction is created by Iannis Tzevelakos who after a lot of research and consideration, decided to put together a very dedicated team of highly skilled individuals that are very passionate about what they do in their own specialised fields.

Iannis is a very highly skilled carpenter/joiner who has been excelling in this for the past 11 years, he has spent a lot of time perfecting his skills and learning more and more about construction. His whole team are also as dedicated in improving their skills to reach a even higher standard all the time.

The whole team is very efficient and trustworthy and treat each job as they were doing it for their own families. They all give a lot of attention to detail and are very proud of that.

We are a company that undertakes construction work, carpentry, bespoke joinery, bespoke furniture, loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, floor laying, kitchens and we do also take on small jobs. Some members do speak other languages apart from English, which are Greek, German, Swiss German so we can offer our services to a broader variety of clients.

We are a small company of 5 people and like to keep it that way so we can offer the best possible quality of work. We all enjoy working together as and when needed and that is very important to Iannis (Director) as he believes that the environment of work must be a happy one for the benefit of the staff as well as the clients.

Ioannis has made us many cupboards and shelves. His work is first class, he is honest and reliable. He does most of the cutting in a workshop so no mess in your house and he is great at making suggestions and improving your ideas. I highly recommend him.

Good! Although there was some delay with completion. This was only partly their fault (our planning could have been better).

Multiple and diverse ongoing maintenance/renovation projects.
Ongoing work on large dilapidated house. Projects from window replacement, roof repair, electrical fittings, brickwork, external and internal painting to the production of bespoke carpentry doors, cupboards. Truly an all-round service, with nothing "a problem", always cleans up and is pleasant and fair. Highly recommended builder and superb carpenter.

Single storey extension.
From the quote too completion, Iannis and his teams professionalism and quality of workmanship have been outstanding. We always felt informed and included, Iannis discussed options throughout the process, always wanting the best outcome for us. The finish of the extension is exactly what we had in mind. We already have a list of new jobs we want Iannis to come back and do.

Moving TV on a Bracket, Moving wall unit, putting up shelves and adjusting doors
I can't fault Lannis for his work. He kept me informed at all times about when he expected to attend, he carried out the work in a professional, courteous and tidy fashion. When something wasn't quite right (not his fault) and I called him back, he came within a week and finished the job off to my (and more importantly my partner's) full satisfaction. He is multi-skilled and therefore I will have no hesitations in using his services again. Handymen like Lannis are like gold dust!

Retaining wall in garden.
Ioannis and his team did a good job. I was kept informed all along the way on progress. Some changes were required to the original estimate and he was very flexible. Very happy with the work, his engagement and follow up. We plan to use him to do further work in the future.
