Identified source of water leak and fixed it there and then

Was able to fit me in on the day I called, identified and described what my problem was with the cold water tank in the loft, had all the necessary parts on the van so was able to fix the problem within the hour. Friendly and helpful, did not feel overcharged and would not hesitate to recommend.

Installation of a new boiler and kitchen tap

Overall, both an excellent and professional job done. The installation of my boiler was completed within 24 hours, I was given a full breakdown of the tasks to be undertaken, scale of work, with clear expectations that were set and also met accordingly. They were polite, conscious of noise being made as I was working from home, and I felt confident enough to leave the engineers in my flat when I had to leave for a couple of hours. When I returned, the job had been completed, my kitchen and the surrounding area of the boiler had been tidied up, and everything has worked wonderfully. Highly recommended for not only an excellent experience, but also for very competitive pricing compared to other companies that I asked to provide quotes.

Repaired faulty boiler

Turned out at short notice on a Saturday. Identified fault as a gas valve, got replacement and fitted it Monday afternoon. This was in contrast to the company I normally use for plumbing and gas who only do weekdays and failed to find the fault, despite a couple of hours diagnosis.

Dave did a safety inspection for one of our boilers and a service on another. He is polite, efficient, friendly and the quality of the work is very high and excellent value for money. If only every tradesman was this professional.....highly recommended.
