Decorated bathroom and kitchen and the removal of mold and stains.
He was very clean and tidy and very polite and completed the job to a much higher standard, than I thought was possible. I would recommend them.

Tiling, grouting bathrooms. Painting complete flat and installing kitchen.
Friendly and honest, but at the same time business like and efficient.  B and E Maintenance provide a good service at a very fair price. I would recommend them.

Repairing leaking pipe with water coming through ceiling.

Easily contactable, came when agreed, provided on site quote and date agreed to start work with pre call made the weekend before.  Work carried out as requested and just what we wanted. I would recommend him.

The reason that this customer has scored me a 7 for "accuracy of estimate" is because more work was undertaken than originally quoted for, therefore the final invoice reflected this, and was higher than the estimate.

Repair concrete gutter and paint one side of house.
Has done a very good job and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. Could drink tea for England as well. Would definately recommend them.
