Having used this company on a number of occasions for other work, on my house, they delivered the usual exceptional workmanship on replacing my roofline (facia, soffit, guttering and downpipes) . They left the area in a very clean state considering all mess that came out of the existing guttering and behind the old wooden facia boards. The guys were very courteous during the whole exercise.Which added to thier professional attitude.

Barry and his colleague came round to replace a 15-20 year old bathroom window. I am very pleased with their workmanship, the quality of the window itself, which has greatly improved not just the heat loss but the noise from the traffic outside and the time in which they had the job done, just a couple of hours. They were very good with my two small children who were scrutinising them and asking questions all the time!I look forward to using them again to replace my garage window and door soon.

They cleared everything away and left our house spick and span. They even made adjustments to my french doors and roof vent, which was additional work, but they would not accept any additional payments. Now that is what I call ensuring total customer satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone without question.

Having owned a Victorian house for sometime where the original box sash windows were well passed their sell by date, we decide to start replacing them. B and H windows had previously replaced all of our other windows with similar looking uPVC windows but not box sash, however for the front of the house we wanted something a bit more traditional. As per previous visits, B and H Windows were pleasant, understanding, and very professional in their work. They ensured that the work area was kept clean throughout the fitting, with a final clean up at the end. All carpets and furniture where covered due to the amount of dust from removing the old windows. I would definitely recommend B and H Windows purely for their professionalism and understanding attitude towards the customer.

I can not fault Barry. From initial quotation to finishing the job, he was always, polite, friendly and very professional. B&H Windows were significantly cheaper than the five other quotes I obtained, which through past experience can result in rushed and substandard work, however this was not the case here. Barry removed my old door and frame, installed the new one with a cat flap in one morning to a very high standard. I will be using B&H Windows for future work.

Having several box sash windows replaced in a Victorian house (over 100 years old) was bound to be messy. However B and H Windows ensured that the site was kept tidy throughout the job and ensured that there was minimal disruption. Dust sheets were laid everywhere and all the mess was removed from the site when completed.
