Painting and decorating.
Bernie Kelly has been decorating for us - inside and out - for more than 20 years. His work has always been of a good standard. In those few instances where we have needed him to retouch a bit of paint work etc, he has invariably redone it cheerfully and without quibble. He is absolutely reliable.
