Front porch - felt roof/flashing replacement

Bradley provided a detailed estimate for the job. He and Dominic arrived promptly as arranged and worked quickly and quietly to complete the job. The waste was taken away and the area was swept clean when they'd finished. Delighted with the completed project. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again for any suitable external projects. Great to find a workman happy to take on smaller jobs and give them as much attention as he'd pay to the larger ones. A credit to Check-a-Trade!

Rub down, prep and paint fascias and soffits and install new guttering to whole house; replace flat roof over bay window

Excellent work, the house looks transformed. Bradley and Dominic were here early each day and worked solidly, often well until the evening. We are very happy and could not have asked for nicer people to have done the work. Highly recommended.

Sealing leaking chimney pots and crack in wall

After being let down by a couple of other builders including one highly rated on check a trade I'm sad to say. I asked Bradley to come up with a solution for 2 leaks, one from chimney pots and one from a crack between 2 walls, he explained his proposed solution well and gave me a reasonable quote. The work was done quickly. I would use him again and recommend his service.
