Refurbished / installed en suite shower room
From the time the showroom / office was first visited to discuss and plan the work - the house visit to plan the layout - installation process we found that throughout it was dealt with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. The installation team were 1st class and informed us of any issues and their progress daily. All round it was a pleasure to do business with them.

New kitchen, resited and installed new boiler, upgraded heating system
BMI helped us to design our impressive new kitchen. Their expertise, attention to detail and patience were invaluable in ensuring that when we finally gave the go ahead we were 100% certain we would have the kitchen of our dreams. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen and a new boiler was resited and installed in the garage. Our heating system was also upgraded. Over the months of planning these works with BMI we built a rapport with them to the point that we decided to hand them the keys to our home to complete the works while we went on holiday. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found a company who have such high standards of workmanship and expertise in all areas and, in particular, who we were able to trust to work in our home while we were away. We have been so pleased with all the works and would highly recommend BMI.

Assembly of new built-in wardrobe
BMI personnel were all extremely polite and helpful, and the finished product looks really good. The lower reliability and timekeeping score is chiefly down to a couple of errors made by the company in London who cut the shelving and doors according to dimensions supplied by BMI; this appreciated extended the time taken to complete the wardrobe.

Complete new Kitchen, new Central Heating and Boiler, new Shower Room, Additional Toilet and Hand Basin (En-Suite), new electric sockets and lights, new telephone points, plus 2 fitted wardrobes.
Work commenced on 22 August 2011. Before
installation started they had to clear the Bungalow of all the old fitted items
in the kitchen and bathroom plus radiators throughout. The Bungalow was not
occupied whilst this work was in progress, the owner of B M I kept a close daily
eye on his staff and kept us well informed. We are extremely pleased with the
final results. Using one company to complete all these requirements proved to
be very beneficial and less stressful.

New kitchen design and installation and resiting of gas boiler
It was a very nice company to deal with. Bahram had a good appreciation of the limitations of my very small kitchen and had good suggestions on how to make the best use of the space. He and Yasmin were very approachable at all times and nothing was too much trouble, even though the work took a lot longer than estimated for various reasons. Bahram came round several times to check on the workmen and we would certainly recommend and use BMI again. It is also good to know that the company does gas boiler servicing and are approved contractors for gas, water and electricity - all of which we needed during our kitchen refit.
