From the time the showroom / office was first visited to discuss and plan the work - the house visit to plan the layout - installation process we found that throughout it was dealt with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. The installation team were 1st class and informed us of any issues and their progress daily. All round it was a pleasure to do business with them.

BMI helped us to design our impressive new kitchen. Their expertise, attention to detail and patience were invaluable in ensuring that when we finally gave the go ahead we were 100% certain we would have the kitchen of our dreams. The old boiler was removed from the kitchen and a new boiler was resited and installed in the garage. Our heating system was also upgraded. Over the months of planning these works with BMI we built a rapport with them to the point that we decided to hand them the keys to our home to complete the works while we went on holiday. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found a company who have such high standards of workmanship and expertise in all areas and, in particular, who we were able to trust to work in our home while we were away. We have been so pleased with all the works and would highly recommend BMI.

BMI personnel were all extremely polite and helpful, and the finished product looks really good. The lower reliability and timekeeping score is chiefly down to a couple of errors made by the company in London who cut the shelving and doors according to dimensions supplied by BMI; this appreciated extended the time taken to complete the wardrobe.

Work commenced on 22 August 2011. Before installation started they had to clear the Bungalow of all the old fitted items in the kitchen and bathroom plus radiators throughout. The Bungalow was not occupied whilst this work was in progress, the owner of B M I kept a close daily eye on his staff and kept us well informed. We are extremely pleased with the final results. Using one company to complete all these requirements proved to be very beneficial and less stressful.

It was a very nice company to deal with. Bahram had a good appreciation of the limitations of my very small kitchen and had good suggestions on how to make the best use of the space. He and Yasmin were very approachable at all times and nothing was too much trouble, even though the work took a lot longer than estimated for various reasons. Bahram came round several times to check on the workmen and we would certainly recommend and use BMI again. It is also good to know that the company does gas boiler servicing and are approved contractors for gas, water and electricity - all of which we needed during our kitchen refit.

We had our ensuite bathroom gutted and replaced with a modern, walk in shower and high quality sanitary ware in wooden units. Help received from Gary in redesigning and suggestions with regard to tiles/colours etc very helpful. Fitted by Jav and his team. Total time taken 2 weeks. Quality of workmanship very good with ongoing discussions about how/where/colour/ etc. We always felt informed of progress and next stages. Electrician, tiler and plasterer bought in - all of a very good standard, polite and work area kept clean throughout. Few little things that have needed sorting out after have been dealt with easily. Total cost was a fair price for quality of products used and level of workmanship. We are very pleased with end result.

These were the 3 main jobs that needed doing. Just visiting the showroom my husband and I felt very welcome by the manager Bharam and staff. We only went for a quote. We had a chat, and went ahead. The kitchen and bathroom were redesigned, we had electricians, plasterers, tilers, etc, but all very polite and hard working, everything was kept tidy, and OMG if we are pleased with the job! One or two complications but Bharam, Gary and team were amazing when needed. Staff was out so quick I had no time to say (supercalifragilisticexpialidocious). In short we are very pleased with BMI that we would definitely recommend them, plus we're already planning future work to be done and will be going with BMI! Thank you to all of BMI staff for the hard work carried out! :)

Extremely professional organisation, who listened to our needs and put us the customer first with what we required. Easily contactable, very trustworthy and friendly professionals carried out the work. Our only criticisms of the project were that the work took quite a bit longer than we had originally been advised or envisaged and our spare room that was only meant to be used as a store room for the new bath and toilet etc turned out to become a work room where things were cut and put together which created a lot of dust inside the house and an unusable spare room. That aside, all in all, we ended up with an excellent bathroom thanks to BMI with a high class finish and we would certainly recommend and use this company again.

Bahram and his team were a pleasure to deal with at all times. Yasmin did an excellent job designing a perfect kitchen for us and her attention to detail is wonderful. She was easy to talk to, friendly and I felt she understood my needs/ideas. Bahram is a perfectionist which is what I wanted - he and his team were friendly, punctual, clean and careful. We had new German units, black silestone worktops, porcelain floor tiles and Gorenje appliances. The units are super shiny and of a very high quality. The silestone work top is super sparkly and I love it. The porcelain floor is shiny but quite high maintenance to keep it streak free - having kids and animals doesn't help! The Gorenje appliances have been disappointing as the oven was wired incorrectly by the manufacturers and the fridge/freezer motor has broken after only 5 months of use. I would trust BMI Interiors with any future design and installation projects completely.

The BMI workman started the work promptly on the day agreed and completed the bulk of the tiling and installation in about a fortnight. They spent a further week or so finishing up methodically and were very prompt in sorting out any remaining problems. We were so impressed with their workmanship and efficiency that we asked them to do several other plumbing jobs around the house thereafter, which they did promptly and well after giving us a reasonable quote. We are very pleased with all the work they have done for us which has generally been to a very high standard. All the BMI employees, particularly Bahram and Gary, were very courteous and professional in their dealings with us from start to finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending BMI most highly.

Having had a bad experience of another Burgess Hill Bathroom fitting company in 2006, we used BMI in 2008 to refit our family bathroom and were extremely pleased with the design, installation completed by Bahram and his team. When in Nov 2009 we saw they had an ex display kitchen for sale we were very keen to see if it could be ours, Bahram and Yasmine came up with a stunning design and our kitchen has been completely transformed. We were once again very pleased with Bahram and his team and the way they carried out the installation and dealt with any snags we encountered along the way. We will definately use BMI again and are already planning our cloakroom refit! Bahram is always polite, a real perfectionist and nothing is too much trouble for him, he works incredibly hard to please his customers and with us he has always succeeded!

BMI did a brilliant job, my new kitchen is perfect, in fact so good we asked them to do our flooring downstairs in our bathroom, supply and fit bathroom units, all of which was done to the same excellent standard. I would recommend them.

We had a negative past experience with another local bathroom company when we had an ensuite fitted, so went to BMI for this work, we have no regrets. They did their best to meet our budget and our request and the bathroom is fabulous and the team worked extra hours to complete it on schedule. We certainly recommend them and will be using them again for outr Kitchen next time!
