This was perhaps the 4th or 5th time I've had work done by BSG and am happy to give my recommendation. This time the work was done un-quoted, invoicing was fair. Previously, no problems with work done to quote. Always on time or in touch; sometimes a fraction early. Most work has been pretty straightforward, but when faced with it, Simon seemed up to the task of troubleshooting an elusive problem. Makes a proper effort to tidy up but has left the odd connector or tidied box of rubbish out for the young kids to discover, hence mark down on tidiness. Easily rectified though.

Two previous electricians had said that the job wasn't possible and gave a much more expensive solution. Bsg electrical solved the problem efficiently and cheaply. I would highly recommend them.

The work done was extensive and involved drilling into my hallway from outside which I was not looking forward to! BSG kept all disruption to a minimum to such an extent that had I not known what was involved I never would have guessed what had happened as it was all so clean and tidy. Juggling work commitments and having this work done was easy with BSG as they are 100% trustworthy and reliable so much so I had no problem leaving them a set of keys to my property to make the coming and going process easier as the work had to be split over a few days. I would most certainly recommend BSG and will definitely use them again should I ever have any other electrical work that needs carrying out.

Excellent service. Simon assessed the problem, told me what was needed and returned 2 days later to carry out the job. By lunchtime he had turned an old system where only 2 lights were still working into a renovated system with 10 lights.
