My wateer softener had not been working for some months due to a problem which occured after I had a new kitchen fitted. I approached a couple of plumbers but they were not prepared to take on the work. On his first visit Mr. Braybrooke-Tidy investigated and explained clearly what he tbought was causing the problem. On his next appointment he carried out the work and was proved right so I am delighted that I now have a softener that works due to a very knowledgable plumber.

I rang Neil for the first time to sort out a huge leaking from the bath. He came around very quickly and diagnosed problem straight away. I found him extremely professional and honest. Neil came out so quickly just before the Easter weekend to clear debris from my water tank and get my taps running again - cant thank him enough - he worked quickly and efficiently - and had everything back to normal in no time.

We found we had a major leak from our upstairs toilet cistern. We telephoned Neil and promised to arrive within the hour, which he did. He investigate the problem and the recommendation for the repair including cost. Neil had to go off to obtain the necessary parts but returned quickly. The problem was solved and dealt with within an hour. We would certainly use him again and would recommended him.

I was very happy to have Neil in the house. He was extremely polite and turned up exactly when he said he would. A previous plumber was unable to find the leak, but Neil was on to it in about 10 minutes and did an extremely good job. It is good to know that at last I have found someone who I can rely on and someone who won't rip me off.

Mr Braybrooke-Tidy had the difficult task of tapping into the heating and hot and cold water supply for my downstairs WC, sink and heated towel rail from upstairs. He came out straight away and rectified issues with our new bathroom (Replaced pipes and connections on Toilet and Sink) - He also came back and fitted our Towel radiator and Power Shower and also ensured there were no further potential issues. We had never met Neil before but he was so friendly, helpful, polite and so clean and tidy - a pleasure to have in our house and completely trustworthy.
