Stripping out ivy form elder, removal of dead branches from second tree.
Excellent service from office staff when organising visits. Workmen carried out work and cleared up without bothering me at all. Cheaper of 3 quotes obtained.

Felling of tree.
Barkland provided an excellent service and we will definitely use them again. They were reliable and did a great job in tidying up once the job was finished. A pleasure to work with. I would recommend them.

Removal of tree and large shrub.
Work was due 6/6/07, not completed until 11/6/07. Carried out in short spurts over a number of days, garden messy in between, left lots of roots in that we disposed of, staff impolite.

After investigating this feedback, it appears the customer was more than happy with the work carried out and even offered our men refreshments and asked them to try and save a shrub which they did. They left the site spotless and the customer commented on this. The job was booked for 2 visits, one to carry out the felling and the other for the grinding. At no time were the men on site rude or impolite and that applies to office staff, who are always courteous when dealing with the public. This is the first time we were aware of these problems, even though we have invoiced this customer, she has not made payment or contacted us with her dissatisfaction.

We have used Barkland for many years. They have never failed to give 100% dedication to the work. Taking extreme care of the health and safety issues with regards to children in the facility.
