An experienced tree surgery company that completed the work required as quoted and left me happy with the end results. All contact with them was handled promptly and professionally, both over the phone and in person. The workmen turned up on time and worked through the intermittent rain showers to complete the pruning of my overgrown apple tree and removal of two lilac trees. They cleaned up after themselves and advised on what I could do to improve safety at the back of my garden. Would recommend them to anyone wanting reasonable priced and high quality tree surgery.

The customer did not ask us if we could carry out additional works to the tree next to the one on which we were working. Had he asked us whether we could just remove a dead branch from that tree while we were there we would more than likely have done it for him but this was never asked of us. We would not carry out works to any tree that had not been requested as it may not be wanted by the owner however if a small amount of additional works are requested by the customer while we are on site then we are more than happy to carry this out either free of charge or, if necessary, for a small fee. .

The guys arrived a little early, which was fine and they were friendly. They got on with the work and it certainly seemed there was lots being done.
