Having been established for over 20 years, I am able to offer you a service that is reliable, knowledgeable and competitively priced.

I am a sole trader and can deal with almost all the well-known, leading brands of household appliances: from Ariston to Zanussi.

I have a vast repeats customer base, proving that I am good at what at do. I believe in carrying out any job in a clean and efficient manner, causing as little disruption as possible.

Apart from the usual kitchen appliance, I can also undertake TV repairs. For the larger TV repairs, I have a local, reputable tradesman who can offer me assistance should I require it.

Should you notice a gap in my recent feedback, please do not be alarmed. Due to personal circumstances the business hasn’t been fully operational since January. We are operating fully now, so please call to discuss your requirements. I look forward to hearing from you.

Replacing carbon brushes on Bosch washing machine.

Problem was identified promptly and repaired effectively. Polite and friendly service, with the job fully explained. I was made aware of costs from initial phone call.

Repair TV.

Ken kept me informed all the time, explained very well and took away the old tv (power source) had gone. So purchased a new one, which he remounted on the wall for me. Ken is a very nice man. Will use him again, also I will recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Ken.

Fix my tumble dryer.

He kept me informed what the problem was, what was needed to fix it and I was delighted when he fitted the part and the bill came to less than originally quoted. Very pleased with the work and he was helpful about how to avoid it going wrong again.

Repair of fridge freezer.

In a word - excellent. Kept me up to date with is arrival time. I have to say that from our initial telephone call he had an idea of what the problem was and when he arrived, he was brilliant. He showed us all the parts that need to be removed and any long term plans that we had to make. Advised us of parts that could wait and parts that needed immediate change. Very impressed. Would recommend him to anyone.

Removed a folk from washing machine filter

Fault found and repaired quickly on dishwasher.

Quickly found and repaired an electrical fault on our Bosch dishwasher. Very efficient, professional, entirely trustworthy and very personable. Very happy to use again and would strongly recommend.
