Thanks for looking at my checkatrade page. What I like about checkatrade is, I believe it is much better for you to read what references have said about the services a company offers, rather than the company themselves telling you without any proof how good they are. All I will add is that the slogan on my van says 'Integrity In The Bathroom'! A customer of mine came up with this, as he said it was one word that summed me up. This is what I try to provide, with the best finish possible. My aim is to leave you with a smile on your face and the bathroom you desired.

Complete bathroom refit.
Thank you Robert for a super bathroom! His help and ability to change our original design has given us everything we wanted. We have already asked Robert to fit a new cloak-room. His ability to get round problems in a professional way made everything perfect and worth every penny!

Complete bathroom fully tiled replacement.
Robert has done a fantastic job, made suggestions to improve the look of the bathroom, which we had not though of and was prepared to go the extra mile to give us what we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Completely refurbished our en-suite.
We are very pleased with the work done to completely refurbish our en-suite with new tiling throughout, new shower, toilet and basin unit. Robert was very helpful in achieving a terrific result in a small area, which now giving a much more spacious feel about the en-suite. His workmanship is first rate and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Complete new bathroom.
Robert was very dynamic and enthusiastic about his work! He gutted the room, used a reliable plasterer contractor, fitted a new suite, completed the tiling, boxing in and then had a contractor fit lino for our new floor. He also is a qualified electrician. He discussed all the details as he went along to make sure he fitted things as we liked. Overall we are very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Robert.

Refit separate wc and bathroom.
Robert was very reliable and kept me informed of any changes to plans. He was very helpful when it came to choosing a suite and gave me good advice. He was a very tidy worker which was great as I did not have to hoover when I came back from work! His workmanship is of a very high standard and he is very enthusiastic about it, which shows in the finished result. I love my new bathroom and toilet and would recommend him to everyone.

Fitted new bathroom.
Robert completely gutted our old bathroom and arranged for replastering and a skip to put the rubbish in. He fitted the new bathroom, including the tiling and electrics. We are very pleased with the new bathroom. The standard of workmanship was very high and Robert also plumbed in our new dishwasher and fixed some study lights that had been broken for ages. He also tackled an extra bathroom cupboard that needed building which was not in the original quote and he did not charge more for any of these extra jobs. He was also very tidy.

Full bathroom new bath shower toilet sink and fully tiled.
Could not say any bad words about the workmanship of Robert Rankin he was professional, excellent at his job finishing touches to my bathroom was excellent. I changed a few things as the job was being done and nothing was a problem have had many complements of my bathroom and 110 per cent pleased with the work. If anyone wants to speak to me about the work or Robert Rankin I would have no problem recommending him.

Replace bath by a shower unit, reposition WC and sink.
I was very satisfied with all aspects of Robert's work. He scheduled the project well so that he always had some function to do and organised other trades when necessary promptly and without any worry to me. He pays great attention to detail and his work is finished to a very high standard. When it turned out that a tap I had bought was not suitable he was very happy to come back and rectify the situation for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert to anyone.

Complete bathroom refit.
Robert had previously refitted our en-suite bathroom and had done a fantastic job, so we were very pleased that he was able to carry out the refit of our family bathroom too. As before, he was professional, meticulous and a pleasure to have around the house - our small son quite looked forward to his arrival each day! Rob has an eye for detail and everything must be just so otherwise it won't do. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and our only regret is that we don't have another for Rob to work on!

Robert was an extremely conscientious and hard working tradesman. We were so impressed from the word go. His standard of work and care was excellent. He was friendly and a joy to have around the place. I have very high standards and some would say I am a difficult customer - but I can't fault him and would recommend him 100% !
