Complete toilet/bathroom refurbishment

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Eleven. They did a superb job in fully refurbishing our bathroom and toilet. They took down walls, replaced windows, fitted under-floor heating, replastered and rewired ... all with the minimum of upheaval to our family life. The team were professional and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Ben was always available to talk to whenever I had a query, and offered fantastic advice. I'm delighted with the end result, and would definitely use them again.

Bathroom Refurbishment and Kitchen Flooring laid.

Very happy with Bathroom Eleven and all the people who worked on our bathroom/kitchen. A few issues arose as our bathroom/kitchen was a small pokey and old space to work with and the way that problems were dealt with is what made Bathroom Eleven stand out. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a solution for every problem.

We were very happy with the quality of the work done by Bathroom Eleven. Bathroom Eleven team were very professional and diligent and Ben was always available if there were any issues. The main fitter, Pasha, was excellent. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Eleven.

Family bathroom

On first meeting Ben I was confident I had chosen the right company. He always answered his phone immediately putting my mind at rest and answered my numerous questions with patience and reassurance. This site visits and phone calls were essential in providing me with the correct information to make the right choices about design and layout. Stewart and the team worked swiftly, intelligently, conscientiously and the level of workmanship with all the individual specialists were higher than I expected. They all like a coffee white 2 sugars apart from Tom who brings his own healthy packed lunch! Cloakroom and hairdressing salon

This was an unusual project which due to the teams wide expertise was executed smoothly and logically. Stewart and the team worked above and beyond my expectations and overcame problems without fuss and used their initiative wisely. I am very pleased with their high standard of workmanship and impressed with there after-care service. I will definitely work with Bathroom 11 again and I already saving up for the next project! New bathroom, kitchen decoration, guttering

Needed a full bathroom refit. Challenging job because it's a small room and we wanted to move our washing machine in and install some custom built units to enclose the boiler and washing machine. We also needed some decorating done in the kitchen and a reorganisation of our guttering outside. We were charged exactly as per the original quote, so very happy with that. The work was done to a very high standard and we're delighted with the end result. The work did take a little longer than expected and there were some minor communications problems but overall we're very pleased and would happily recommend Bathroom Eleven to anyone.

Cobham, Surrey - One 3D designed and fully refurbished bathroom

Following a successful previous bathroom installation at one of our other properties, we decided to call Bathroom Eleven back. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work done and the excellent employees from Bathroom Eleven who were friendly, diligent and professional, as before. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Eleven to carry out work either in your private residential house or commercial properties.

2 new bathrooms - 1 main and 1 en-suite

Ben was fantastic from start to finish on this job, from helping me to choose tiles to helping me create a design that made the most of the space I had available. I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the workmanship and in the one instance where I had an issue, this was immediately rectified. Ben was always contactable and pleased to assist and I was always kept informed of progress etc. I am extremely happy and pleased with the end results!
