I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Eleven. They did a superb job in fully refurbishing our bathroom and toilet. They took down walls, replaced windows, fitted under-floor heating, replastered and rewired ... all with the minimum of upheaval to our family life. The team were professional and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Ben was always available to talk to whenever I had a query, and offered fantastic advice. I'm delighted with the end result, and would definitely use them again.

Very happy with Bathroom Eleven and all the people who worked on our bathroom/kitchen. A few issues arose as our bathroom/kitchen was a small pokey and old space to work with and the way that problems were dealt with is what made Bathroom Eleven stand out. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a solution for every problem.

On first meeting Ben I was confident I had chosen the right company. He always answered his phone immediately putting my mind at rest and answered my numerous questions with patience and reassurance. This site visits and phone calls were essential in providing me with the correct information to make the right choices about design and layout. This was an unusual project which due to the teams wide expertise was executed smoothly and logically. Stewart and the team worked above and beyond my expectations and overcame problems without fuss and used their initiative wisely. Needed a full bathroom refit. Challenging job because it's a small room and we wanted to move our washing machine in and install some custom built units to enclose the boiler and washing machine. We also needed some decorating done in the kitchen and a reorganisation of our guttering outside. We were charged exactly as per the original quote, so very happy with that. The work was done to a very high standard and we're delighted with the end result. The work did take a little longer than expected and there were some minor communications problems but overall we're very pleased and would happily recommend Bathroom Eleven to anyone.

I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the workmanship and in the one instance where I had an issue, this was immediately rectified. This work involved a complete strip out of 5 bathrooms in total, followed by a full refit with all sanitary ware/tiling/marble and granite. All new bathrooms were completely re-tiled, new electrics installed where necessary and the work was carried out within the space of 5 weeks. Although the quote was higher than we expected, we knew we wanted a very high level of finish and we feel our decision to go with Bathroom Eleven was justified on seeing the great care and craftsmanship of their work and their attention to detail. Ben who runs the company was very friendly and open with his expertise, putting our minds at rest. The fitting team were always courteous and professional and took great care of our home. The bathrooms were completed a couple of months ago and we have not had any problems with any of the bathrooms, apart from one faulty tap which they happily came and replaced without quibble.

Beware that Bathroom Eleven do not employ directly their own Installers and they subcontract 80% of the specialist work, therefore Bathroom Eleven offer In reality a project management service. No schedule of work. Trades people failed to turn up causing Inconvenience. Overall the work undertaken was satisfactory. Our major problem was in the quality of technical advice, we did not achieve the technical specification with the shower that we had hoped for.

The above comments are extremely upsetting as we take customer service very seriously. All our tradesman work regularly for Bathroom 11 and their work is overseen by the management team. Certain works need to be undertaken by specialist sub-contractors and in this particular case it was for double glazing, which has to be carried out by a FENSA registered installer. Although the work was completed over 3 months ago with the customer seemingly satisfied with the job, this negative feedback has been prompted by a misunderstanding over the technical specification of the pumped showering system following comments by another plumber. We have since spoken to the plumber who understood what the issues were with the existing system and why we installed the system in the way we did. At the same time we tried to arrange a site meeting with the customer to discuss any concerns they had with the project and see what we could do to address these concerns, however the customer refused to meet us or discuss the issues and instead chose to post the comments above. I suppose there is a positive out of this negative as it shows that all checkatrade feedback cards are real and if you look at every other glowing reference on our profile I think our other customers would be very surprised at the negative feedback card we have received.

It is a very well known fact that contractors of standard do not like to come to a job where a previous builder has done some pretty awful work. Well, with my deep gratitude Bathroom Eleven did just that, they have saved my bathroom and house from further extensive water damage. From the start Ben understood my concerns and anxieties regarding my bathroom, however, with his professional and personable approach I immediately felt assured that it would be "made good". I honestly can not fault any part of my experience with Bathroom Eleven, they have given me a sense of ease with my bathroom that I had thought was lost. I now use my bath and shower with confidence knowing the water will not leak. I have already recommended Bathroom Eleven to others and will continue to do so and any future work I have planned will be with Ben and his team. My regret is, that I did not call Bathroom Eleven in the first instance, I feel that alot of money and time could have been saved.

Absolutely fantastic - I couldn't recommend Bathroom Eleven more highly. Over the past 18 months we have had people working on our house almost constantly, but there are few that I could recommend to a friend without any reservations at all - Bathroom Eleven is the exception. They have given us a bathroom that is, amazingly, even better than I'd hoped. Ben and his team are not only extremely good at what they do, but also have exceptionally high standards - which is such a welcome change and a relief given recent experiences. Every member of the team that worked on our bathroom was also considerate, polite and entirely trustworthy. When unexpected issues arose, they really went out of their way to resolve them quickly, without drama, and to ensure that the bathroom turned out perfectly. Overall, just such a positive experience compared to every other piece of work that we've had done - and most importantly, a truly fantastic result. We are delighted with our new bathroom and rewired home! Bathroom Eleven transformed our bathroom and rewired our home both at the same time and finished on time. They were also very quick to rectify the couple of small snags once the job was finished. The finish of the bathroom is excellent. Ben also provided great advice on the layout. Bathroom Eleven carried out a tricky job for me where we discovered many problems with the building along the way and Bathroom Eleven took it all in their stride. The finished bathroom and new heating plumbing and boiler have been working flawlessly for 8 months and I would highly recommend them. I was a first time buyer and Ben and his team helped me all the way through from designing the layout to buying all the pieces to sorting out the issues we had with our structure. Excellent!

I was a little nervous about engaging a contractor I'd never used before for my bathroom renovation given the cost involved and risk of the work not being up to my very high standards, plus we've all seen and heard of the multitude of stories of 'rogue traders'. The Checkatrade website gave me some level of reassurance and I selected Bathroom Eleven on the basis this was a more informed decision than simply going into this 'blind'. I have to say I was not disappointed - Ben and team were professional, thorough, hardworking, flexible, courteous and committed throughout the process. I am delighted with the outcome and extremely proud of the new bathroom they have given me and it has exceeded my expectations, which is quite an achievement! I'll readily admit I was a very demanding and meticulous client, but they were never anything other than responsive and accommodating to all my requests and patient throughout. If you are looking for professionalism with a personal touch and customer focus, Bathroom Eleven deliver in spades. Having consulted various bathroom companies I found the usual variation in estimates: there were extremes at both ends and Bathroom Eleven were about the high end of middle excluding fittings. What tipped the scales in their balance was their attitude and flexibility: relaxed but knowledgeable and confident in their ability. As time came to choose the fittings this became more apparent; where other bathroom companies were directing me to books and were very restrictive about what I could have, Bathroom Eleven also supplied the books but offered to construct what I couldn't find. Communication is excellent and both Ben and Lee make themselves as available as they can (even though they are extremely busy). When the time came to fit the bathroom...we were due to go on holiday so it was very rushed but never once did I feel burdensome. Almost everything I wanted was not in a catalogue; I wanted a bespoke unit; I wouldn't be there to consult: I left them with a 'drawing' of what I wanted: but I felt confident after numerous phone calls / emails / visits that they would deliver. Received a couple of texts on holiday; was told it would be nearly finished by the time I returned. I returned to find my drawing turned into reality, no mess, no damage and in spite of a couple of hiccups (due to absence and misunderstanding), I have the bathroom that I had hoped for. Completely trustworthy and on budget. If I need more work, I will call them first.

We were very impressed with both Ben and Lee, and the electrician, Ken, who worked on our bathroom. The tiling was particularly well done. Bathroom Eleven made some excellent suggestions regarding the placement of tiles and taps, which were far better than our own ideas. Ben and Lee are very helpful when there are snags or things not working as they should. Both made a concerted effort to check that we were happy with everything before sending the bill.

From the start, they were very quick to come back with the quote or answers to our queries. They know what they are doing and what's good or not, and can give you proper advice and recommendation. They have worked within our budget, but still made our bathroom looking refreshed and modern! They are a professional team and have done an excellent job (esp Chris the plumber and Keith the tiler). The work that Ben and Lee have done for us is of an extremely high quality. We wanted a bathroom to a very high spec. and we have certainly got one. They are very customer focused and make sure that you are happy with every aspect of the work. Ben's communication throughout the job was excellent, we were always informed on progress and when other trades would be on site. We had travertine and marble tiles in the bathroom and the workmanship was excellent and the finish is perfect. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom 11.

All of the work was to a very high standard and they had some very good ideas that we had not considered previously.
