This is the second job Paul has completed at my house and both have been to a very high standard. First job was to build a false chimney breast and plaster. We were so impressed we asked Paul to lay our kitchen floor tiles to complete our garage conversion. At some point in the near future we will be asking Paul out to render the outside of our house and other plastering jobs inside.

When he came to estimate for what I thought was a horrible job (botched up by the people who had previously repaired the wall after a water leak several years ago) he just said 'that's not a problem' and gave me an extremely favourable price. We had several quotes, Paul's was one of the best, for a really horrible job. Our kitchen ceiling had no plasterboard at all, and the outside window/door wall had been made a real mess of by previous owners. There was plastic trim all around the door and window which looked awful, and the whole wall was at different levels. We wanted all the plastic trim removed, including the windowsill, and the wall to look smooth. Paul wasn't at all fazed by this, even when he turned up for the job and we had removed the plastic trim for him and the extent of the work needing doing became even more evident, he just got on and did the work, to a very high standard. He was extremely polite, courteous and yet friendly. He tidied up very well. I have no hesitation recommending him, and I would definitely use him again, if I ever need more plastering done! Real value for money, especially as it was such a horrible job.

We were very surprised to receive this Feedback Card from the client as the work was completed 14 months previous. No identifiable contact was received by the client at any point, either by voicemail message or letter. We instantly contacted the customer to rectify the issue raised and arranged a date to attend site. When we attended on the date agreed, the customer informed us they had employed a different Plasterer, therefore, we could not resolve this situation. We are 100% committed to every single one of our customers and are very disappointed by the score received on this card.
