An appointment was made for an operative to attend my premises because of a suspected rat infestation in the garden. Raphael attended on time, he was professional, pleasant and provided good advice, despite a thorough inspection no evidence was found. My initial telephone call to Beaver was answered by Monica who was very pleasant and fully advised me of the procedures and prices.
