This was the 3rd time I used BBM to carry out work on my property. Their work is always of a high standard, they are genuine and trustworthy and I have no problems in leaving them with a key to my house while at work. Following completion of the work there were a couple of very minor problems with 1 part of the guttering and extractor fan cap, they came back the next day to fix the problems and all fine. Would definitely recommend to others.

Knocked two rooms into one to create large Kitchen Breakfast room, fit new kitchen, back door/window and Bi-fold doors. Install new underfloor heating and tile throughout. Fit out new cloakroom.

As novices to building work Richard and Simon were patient and understanding. They gave us a lot of good advice and helped us with the planning etc. Their work was excellent and they always cleaned up after themselves before they left the site. Happy to suggest ideas but always did what we wanted in the end. Their team was an extremely happy group who all worked well together and even serenaded us as they knocked the wall down! We are delighted with the finished results and are saving for our next project. We will definitely use Becheley Building and Maintenance again.

The work carried out was done to a very high standard and the quality of the windows are super. We wanted to match the colour of our original windows which were a very dark brown. Becheley were able to do this for us as not many double glazing firms were able to offer this colour. We are very impressed with the finish, the windows and doors look amazing and we have had so many comments. Both Simon and Richard were professional at all times, answered any questions or concerns we had and we would not hesitate to recommend them at any time.

This was the second time we have used BBM for work on our house. Simon replaced all our internal doors with beautiful oak veneer doors. My husband and I were very please with the work and would recommend Simon and Richard to others. We really wanted the same style doors between our lounge and diner but the manufacturer didn't make the doors in the size that we needed, but Simon managed to convert the larger sized door into a size that would fit by more or less rebuilding the doors.They look fab !

I have absolutely no hesitation in making the highest recommendation of Simon and his team. They are always courteous, prompt to respond to all our requests, keeping us updated on progress and handling all the Council's Building Standards requirements. My Mother now has a conservatory with downstairs toilet facility which she is delighted with. The work has been completed to the highest standard and finish. Thank goodness we found these guys. We have used Simon and Richard before and we went away for the week to allow them to complete the work whilst our water was off. They are totally trustworthy and that's why we were able to do this..they had the run of our house while we were away. They completed the bathroom conversion today...a really nice job which we are very pleased with. We've no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, and we will use them again, probably on an extension.

So good to find a company able to turn their hand to anything. For me they - laid a new patio, reshingled the drive, cleaned and repaired guttering, insulated the loft and replaced broken tiles and regrouted the kitchen floor. All the work was done to an excellent standard and Simon and Richard were very good about keeping the place neat and tidy at the end of each day. Two very nice people and I'm very happy with the work done.
