Resurface flat roof. The only thing I can fault is that the rubber sheet they ordered took longer to arrive. But when it did, they did the roof in one day.

I think a very serious breakdown between customer and Bedhampton. In my opinion the workmanship below standard. I was foolish in handing in cash instead of a cheque but we all trusted Checkatrade one should expect the sitution to have been handled better.

I recommend this company without hesitation. The weather had been awful so the two lads came by to cover the leaking roof with a tarpaulin until the rain stopped enough to start work. They were courteous, pleasant and efficient. I cannot get onto the roof to inspect the work but all trimming and areas visible from windows is excellent. They did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards - even hosing off the driveway and windows.

After having my flat roof re-boarded and renewed with Firestone EPDM and after bad weather I was left with a pool of water in middle of roof unable to run away. Contacted roofers and they could not do anything about it, I paid for this after 6 weeks spoke to Checkatrade and the reply was that Firestone had said upstanding was deep enough(I assume to cope with water the only way I could get rid of it was to put a broom out of the window to sweep it towards edges).

The rubber sheeting on the extension flat roof was 27 years old and showing its age. Richard and Jason inspected it and quoted to replace it with a guaranteed system. They carried out the work promptly and efficiently to a high standard and removed all redundant materials. A written guarantee was provided..
