Leaking pipe located under concrete floor and fixed.
Highly recommended. They went out of their way to come over at short notice, were polite, thorough and tidy and explained what they were doing at every stage.

Replacement of emersion heater.
Unlike most tradesmen men, I was kept informed of both the materials required and his time of arrival which he kept too, very useful when taking a day off to get the work done. Responded to our need to have hot water very quickly. Excellent installation well thought out, plenty of good advice and guidance on its use and possible improvements for the future. I have already recommended Jon to a friend due to his quality work and his attitude to customer service. An excellent contact for the future.
