Replaced grill elements after I tried it myself and got it wrong.

Checked my cooker to ensure it was still OK to use.
Quickly checked my cooker. He put my mind at rest that I could still do all my baking in my very old but efficient oven.

Repair faulty washing machine.
I had bunged up my machine by washing a bath mat on too hot a temperature. Fluff everywhere. Mr Saunders came at quite short notice and patiently fixed it (this involved a partial strip down of machine). All working fine now.
